At letsinterview.me, we are committed to creating products that offer real value to engineers and learners. This policy governs refunds for purchases made on our platform.

1. Free vs Paid Access

Some features on letsinterview.me are free to use. Premium features — such as AI-assisted mock interviews, advanced feedback, and unlimited practice sessions — require a paid plan.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for one-time purchases and subscriptions, provided:

  • You have consumed less than 25% of purchased content or credits
  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • No terms of service violations or product misuse have occurred

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@letsinterview.me with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Email]" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction proof
  • Reason for the refund request

We typically respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have already been fully delivered (e.g., completed mock interviews or 1:1 reviews)
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues through the end of the current billing period
  • No future charges will occur unless you reactivate
  • Partial-month refunds are not offered unless required by law

6. Exceptions & Legal Rights

In rare cases (e.g., accidental duplicate charges or technical billing issues), we may issue refunds outside of the standard policy at our discretion. This policy does not override your statutory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
